Privacy Policy

Rest assured your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to share with us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any outside parties.

Inclement Weather Policy

In an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather we will need to cancel classes from time to time. Always check our online schedule for cancellations.

Class Cancellation Policy

As Kirsten is the sole teacher at the studio, classes may need to be cancelled from time to time due to illness or previous commitments (such as travel plans or continuing education). We appreciate your understanding. Please keep an eye on the schedule when making your class pass purchases as no refunds are issued and time extensions are not able to be made.

Maximum Capacity Policy

Classes have a set capacity of 24 students, reflected in online registration numbers, to ensure all participants have personal space to practice comfortably. Pre-registration is required for all classes. If the class you are interested in taking is already full, you will be placed on a waiting list and notified if a space opens.

Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

Lost Item Policy

Shift Yoga Studio will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances, so we recommend you refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. We do, however, provide a ‘Lost and Found’ box for items students may leave behind, like yoga mats or water bottles. ‘Lost and Found’ items will either be donated or disposed of every 30 days.

Membership Policy

Memberships are not shareable and are not transferable. Pre-paid memberships cannot be frozen or canceled. Monthly Memberships (99/mo) are offered on a monthly basis (not an auto-renewal program & no contract needed)​ in order for you to make the best choice for practice. Please keep an eye on the schedule for upcoming class cancellations before making your purchase.

Class Pass Policy

All class passes have an expiration date. Single classes and private yoga sessions expire within 30 days of purchase. Monthly memberships expire after one (1) month. Five (5) and ten (10) visit punchcards expire within 12 weeks of purchase. Events and workshops expire on the day of the event unless the reservation has been cancelled.
